iProxy creates acts as a socks proxy and allows you to share your iPhones internet connection with other devices like a Mac or PC. The Xcode project is hosted on GitHub. Just click “Build & run” to install it without the need of a jailbreak.

Apple has rejected several Apps, that let you control your torretapps on your Mac. While I couldn’t find the transmission remote here is the µTorrent Remote:µMonitor.

Today I don’t have an app, but a framework for your apps. If you create a new app, you’ll need betatesters. Those testers have to install the app trough iTunes and install the right profiles on their devices. With Hockey this distribution system is made much easier. Testers can install the app by clicking a link on a webpage. So have a look in the git-rep.

Not rejected but opensource: reMail. reMail downloads all your email to your iPhone and searches it instantly. It has been on the App Store and clones of it are still there. If you want to build it on your own or modify it: There it is.
